INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
If the traveling artist can get to Stoughton Opera House for the show, we hearty Wisconsinites can too. In these cases, the show will go on. Only if an artist cannot get to the venue will we ever cancel a show. We do not issue refunds for those who choose to stay home when the weather isn’t so good.
Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone an event, this information will be posted, as soon as we receive it, on our website as well as on our main information telephone line at 608-877-4400. We will make our best effort to inform all ticketed patrons affected by such closures or cancellations via phone and e-mail as soon as possible. For best service, we ask that patrons make sure the Opera House has a current phone number and e-mail address on file.
